A total waste of time and this from someone who has read all of Lee Child’s books.
Even before I realized that this was just a very short story, I was disappointed in the amateurish way the story developed.

A way too short story to get invested in. There is no character or story development here. In comparison to Child's other short stories this is the worst. A good thing that the library system had it because it not worth the money.

A Jack Reacher ESPN highlights story: Reacher arrives in town during blizzard, susses out the situation, uses his military past and observational skills to save the day, in less than 20 pages. Reads more like an underdeveloped treatment than a meaty "must read", but it's short enough, the only real pain is having to wait in the library queue to read it.
