This book is inspiring! It includes a wide range of women, including my hero, Ruth Bader Ginsburg. There were women I knew of, such as JK Rowling, Eva Peron, Angela Merkel, Billie Jean King, Jane Goodall, and Amelia Earhart. There were women I did not know, or knew little about, such as Martha Gellhorn, Shonda Rimes, Kay Thompson, and Lena Dunham.

The author writes in an engaging style, including humor as she describes the Life Lessons we should take from each inspiring woman.

I read a lot of this book in one sitting on an airplane trip. As this book is a series of short essays, I think it would be more fun to read it in smaller doses.

But it is a fun book! I decided to buy a copy of my college age niece for Christmas. If you know a young woman who would appreciate some inspiration, please consider this book! I give it at least 4-4.5 stars.
