Spider-Man: Homecoming is the perfect balance of Peter Parker surviving high school and fighting crime. I prefer this rendition of the superhero because the cast is way more believable than previous ones. Tom Holland, who plays Peter Parker, looks more like a high schooler than Tobey Maguire who also played Peter Parker in the movie Spider-Man. I also loved the movie because of the action scenes; Peter can be seen saying funny catch phrases or remarks while battling which makes his opponents annoyed. I think it gives an added element of comedy to scenes that would’ve been more serious and thrilling. Spider-Man: Homecoming was directed by Jon Watts and has a rating of 92% on Rotten Tomatoes. I believe the rating is very well deserved because the film was an amazing watch! The cast includes Tom Holland as mentioned before, Zendaya Coleman as Michelle Jones/ M.J., Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, and Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) as Aaron Davis. I would give the movie 5/5 stars! I think it had great production and soundtrack that kept the audience immersed throughout the whole two hours!

The first half is boring, then starting from elevator scene it is getting better because Spiderman is more into the real action. Overall this movie is Light with a few laughs but nothing is memorable.

With two full trilogies of 6 movies already out there, one might understandably fear, as I did, that there wouldn’t be anything left for another Spider-Man movie to do. In fact, the only reason I checked this movie out is so that I would understand the references to it in the other Marvel movies. But much to my surprise, Homecoming is a delightful movie which does not feel like overly familiar material. The timeline may be a little confusing, though. Setting the clock back, Peter Parker is back in high school for the third time in recent movies, but fortunately we don’t have to sit through his origin story yet again. As this movie begins, he is already Spider-Man and has helped out the other Marvel heroes in Civil War. Robert Downey Jr. and Jon Favreau have supporting roles as their Iron Man characters, and Marisa Tomei is the new and unusually youthful aunt May. But for me, the stand-out cast member is Michael Keaton, who (since Birdman) is finally getting some of the recognition I’ve always felt he’s deserved. The best scene in this movie has no action or special effects, and instead consists of the smoldering menace in Keaton’s performance as he comes to understand that the high school kid he’s sharing a car ride with is in fact the masked enemy he’s been fighting. But Homecoming does not lack in the Marvel movie trademarks of action and self-aware humor, either. I'm looking forward to more Spider-man movies.

It got a little cheesy at times but it was funny. It was a nice interpretation of spider-man. Really liked the movie.

Tom Holland is the best Peter Parker AND Spider-man. He's a kid (or at least looks the part), he acts like one, and he makes Spider-man feel like the awestruck, nerdy teen superhero we love. Michael Keaton as the Vulture is brilliant, and featuring Iron Man as a mentor is an inspired choice.

Tom Holland by far captures a perfect balance of what Peter Parker and Spiderman should be. I love his acting so much. He can make being a high school student relatable while wearing the Spiderman suit with ease(does that make sense?). All in all, it was an amazing movie worthy of praise.

Peter Parker: So, to become an Avenger, are there like trials or an interview?

Tony Stark: You just don't do anything I would do... and definitely don't do anything I wouldn't do. There's a little gray area in there and that's where you operate.

[reaches over Peter]

Peter Parker: [puts arm around Tony] Oh.

Tony Stark: That's not a hug. I'm just grabbing the door for you.

Many quotes in IMDb including this:
How do you think your buddy Stark paid for that tower, or any of his little toys? Those people, Pete, those people up there, the rich and the powerful, they do whatever they want. Guys like us, like you and me... they don't care about us. We build their roads and we fight all their wars and everything. They don't care about us. We have to pick up after them. We have to eat their table scraps. That's how it is. I know you know what I'm talking about, Peter.
