This book is amazing for cooking. It is not a cookbook with recipes for dishes, it is more like a reference book for matching flavours. It is perfect for adding a unique twist to a recipe. It is a very useful book to have in the kitchen.

The list price of this book was 35.00 dollars and out of my price range right now (2013). However, it is more of a reference book that ought to be owned, to have on hand to check against the next meals ingredients, than it is a book to check out and read from the library.

Probably won't check it out again, however, if the funds come available and I can find a copy, I would be willing to have it in my kitchen library.
