I really enjoy Tim Downs' writing. This was another great novel by the author. Well-researched topic, humorous elements, kept my attention throughout, liked the characters.

An awesome novel. A spellbinding plot which kept me on the edge up to the very end. An excellent way to learn about the heinous Unit 731, which Imperial Japan built and operated in their puppet state of Manchuko in northeastern China, conducting ghastly Joseph Mengele-esque experiments on Chinese prisoners.
